Q: Is this something I buy and install on my server?
A: Our system is a hosted Software as a Service solution. We will be constantly upgrading and maintaining our service. As a subscriber, you benefit from our ongoing product development.

Q: Can I buy this solution to host on my own server?
A: No.

Q: Will I be able to have my own domain like www.mycommunity.com?
A: Yes. All you do is to do a “domain forward” of your domain to your unique social network URL.

Q: How much can I charge my members per month?
A: It’s your community, your rules. You charge whatever you want with your community. We provide the infrastructure and programming to support your business.

Q: Is there a limit on how many members I can have on my site?
A: Our solution is completely scalable. You can start with 1 member and grow to 10 million.

Q: Are you collecting the money or will it use my own merchant account?
A: Our solution will use your own merchant account. We can even help you set up an Authorize.net account and get it approved within 24 to 48 hours.

Q: Do you support anything else besides PayPal and Authorize.net?
A: Not at this time. It is easy to apply for a merchant account through these gateway providers. They are the world’s leading merchant account gateway providers.

Q: I have an existing community. Is there a script to import my users across?
A: Unfortunately, each community system is very different. We currently do not have a migration utility.

Q: I currently use an external shopping cart system (like 1Shoppingcart.com and Infusionsoft). Can I keep my
e-commerce on those systems and drive my community members to your system?

A: Yes. We provide an extensive API that enables external systems to submit new member requests to our system. Once a member is sent to our system, we will create their usernames and passwords. We will also notify your users when they are about to be expired to remind them to renew their membership on our system. This means the recurring billing portion must be done on our system. It is the only way we will know when your member is in good standing.

Q: I have an external CRM system that I need your system to export new leads in real time. Will your system handle this?
A: Yes. We have an API that allows you to capture new members as well as new orders.

Q: Can I create my own custom fields for my members? Or require certain fields (such as Zip/Postcode) to be filled in?
A: Yes. You can have up to 10 custom searchable fields attached to your member record.

Q: Can I use this as my mailing list manager?
A: We’re primarily a social network provider platform. However, you can definitely send email broadcasts to your users. We will manage the undeliverable and unsubscribe requests.

Q: Is your system multi-user capable?
A: Yes, you can promote your members to be administrators of your site. Control what they have access to, whether they can see customer records, financial reports, or send broadcasts. Your system – your rules.
